The conference will take place in Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk, which is located at the prime oceanfront area near the heart of Fukuoka overlooking Hakata Bay. The conference venue has extensive meeting space with the latest technology.

Access from overseas
Fukuoka Airport (FUK) is located to the east of the city, close to downtown Fukuoka. It is accessible to Fukuoka Airport from Tokyo (NRT and HND), Osaka (ITM and KIX), and Nagoya (NGO). There are also scheduled flights from major cities. Moreover, the city is accessible from Tokyo and Osaka by using Shinkansen high-speed railway lines.
