Welcome Reception (Sunday evening 6:00 PM, Novemver 12)

A Welcome reception will be held on the 1st floor of the Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk. All participants and accompanying persons are invited, free of charge, to join it.

We will have a photo session with samurai's armor at Welcome reception. Let's meet samurais and take pictures with samurais! You can also appreciate samurai sord and spear replica at that time. Details are described in "Sengoku plus".

Women in Nitrides Event (Tuesday lunch time, November 14)

"Women in Nitrides" will be held at lunch time on Tuesday place in the Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk.

Please join this reception to network and mingle with others in the nitrides community on Tuesday during the lunch break. This event is the third of its kind after Women in Nitrides at ICNS-13 in Seattle and at IWN2022 in Berlin. It will feature a panel discussion of established and experienced researchers reporting their experiences to inspire the scientific and professional careers of women working with nitride semiconductors. The event will provide a relaxed atmosphere to build and expand your network.

All participants can attend without additional charge, lunch is served. Space may be limited and registration is required.

 

Excursion (Wednesday afternoon, November 15)

The conference will organize two tour courses (tentative) to enjoy open discussion with social activities.

Banquet (Thursday evening, November 16)

A conference banquet will be held in the ARGOS room on the 1st floor of the Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk. In the Banquet, members of Hakata Geisha girls, "Hakata Geigi" will perform a traditional Japanese dance, and local Japanese Sake, wine, and delicious course meals will be served. Participation is optional and will be available on the website.

Student Event (Thursday evening, November 16)

A student event is held simultaneously with a banquet. Students from various Japanese universities organize this event. The participants may enjoy discussions while eating light meals and alongside beverages. All student participants attending this event are encouraged to participate in international exchange.
